About this Event
Welcome to Gold Coast Art Fair, The “Granddaddy of American Art Festivals"!
Now in its 68th year, the Gold Coast Art Fair returns to Chicago’s Grant Park on Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21 from 10a-5p daily. This prestigious art fair features over 200 juried artists from across the country, offering a diverse range of original works in painting, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics, mixed media, and more. With thousands of visitors expected, the fair is the perfect place to find unique art pieces for your home, office, or collection.
Set in the heart of Chicago, between the Art Institute and Lake Michigan, the Gold Coast Art Fair offers an exciting atmosphere with live music throughout the weekend, and a variety of food, wine, beer, and sangria at three oases in Grant Park’s Butler Field. The fair also includes Paint and Sip classes, henna art, caricatures, personalized poems, and interactive art booths for kids. The Kids Art Zone is packed with fun activities, including face painting, sand art, giant bubbles, and more.
With convenient parking at the Millennium Parking Garage and easy access via public transportation, including loop trains and Michigan Avenue buses, the fair is accessible for everyone. The event is also wheelchair-friendly, and leashed dogs are welcome.
