The conference is free, however, you are responsible for the cost of your lodging.
There are limited rooms available at the Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa- North & the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa- North.
These discounted rates are only available for Friday and Saturday night. There are limited rooms in the discounted blocks. First come, first serve.

Friday Pre-Conference Kayaking at Nature's Classroom (Optional + Limited Registration)
Join us for a fun kayaking excursion to Nature’s Classroom on Friday before the conference starts!
Arrive by 3:30pm at Nature's Classroom.
Some experience preferred.

Saturday Morning River tour on Carolina skiffs at Nature's Classroom (Optional + Limited Registration)
7:30 to 8:30 boat ride. May be dependent on water level- if the water level is to low this could change or cancel.
Arrive by 7:15am at Nature's Classroom.
No experience needed.

Session Sign Up
On Saturday, we will be splitting into different breakout sessions from 11:15-12:00, during registraion be prepared to select your session.
o Web of Life 3-5 grade; Participants model a food web, taking a closer look at how a forest ecosystem and the plants and animals in it are connected to one another.
o Trees as Habitats K-2; From their leafy branches to their tangled roots, trees provide habitat for a host of plants and animals. Participants will inventory the plants & animals that live in, on and around trees and discover how plants and animals depend on trees in many ways.
o Renewable or Not 6th – 8th grade; Participants model what happens to renewable and nonrenewable resources over time and discover why sustainable use of natural resources is so important
