Celebrate the season and refresh your plant collection at our FREE Fall Plant Swap on Saturday, October 10 at Kaufmann Park in Lakewood.Fall is an ideal time to take stock of your garden and prepare for the seasons ahead. Many perennials can be divided and transplanted now, while collected seeds and spring-blooming bulbs offer plenty to look forward to next year.
Bring healthy houseplants, outdoor plants, cuttings, bulbs or seeds to share, and take home something new. It’s a fun, easy way to connect with fellow plant lovers and give your extras a new home. Don’t have anything to swap? That’s okay! Everyone is welcome to stop by, browse and join in. You can kickstart or enhance your gardening vision, all while discovering more about GardenWalk Lakewood and our mission.

The event will be held under the pavilion, ensuring a great time regardless of the weather.
Bringing items to swap? Please drop off plant seedlings, divisions or rooted cuttings, seeds, and gently used garden items between 11 - 11:30AM.
Our volunteers will be available to label donations, indicating their sun or shade preference, size at maturity, and whether they are annuals, biennials, or perennials. Plant donations should be in pots, boxes or bags.
From 11:30AM - 1PM, select plants and garden items to bring home to enjoy, and meet other plant enthusiasts!
