The Annual Fall Parade of Homes is here, and the Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association is proud to celebrate the 34th Annual Fall Parade of Homes, showcasing the craftsmanship and innovation of our local builders.This year, 29 beautifully designed homes will be open for you to tour. Each home highlights unique styles, thoughtful layouts, and the latest trends in both interior and exterior design. Whether you’re actively building, planning for the future, or simply looking for inspiration, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at any Parade home by cash, check, or BMHBA Venmo. Each ticket provides access to all homes for all four days of the event. Children are free with a parent or guardian admission.
As you tour the homes, be sure to complete your ticket and drop it in a ballot box at your final stop to be entered to win one of two grand prizes: a $1,000 gift card from Carpet World and an Amish-made poly Adirondack glider (valued at $1,000) from Plant Perfect!
