Join us October 22–24, 2026, for the EMS & FIRE PRO Expo at Mohegan Sun, with pre-conference events scheduled for October 21. This year’s event will once again feature free access to our 120,000 square foot Exhibit Hall, where over 180 exhibitors will showcase the latest in emergency response equipment, fire apparatus, ambulances, medical technology, communication tools, software, uniforms, and more. Whether you’re browsing as a seasoned professional or exploring as a first-time attendee, the exhibit hall is open to all and offers a unique hands-on experience.The pre-conference day on October 21 includes two signature events: the Pediatric Symposium and the Weathering the Storm Summit. These sessions bring together emergency managers, meteorologists, healthcare professionals, and first responders to collaborate on preparedness and response efforts across disciplines.
Throughout the week, the expo offers more than 100 educational sessions led by nationally recognized instructors and industry leaders. Topics span EMS, fire service, leadership, and emergency preparedness, and are tailored for every level of responder—EMRs, EMTs, AEMTs, paramedics, firefighters, dispatchers, police officers, nurses, physicians, students, and emergency managers.
In addition to daytime education, attendees can look forward to dynamic evening social events and networking opportunities designed to build camaraderie across departments and disciplines. Whether you’re attending with a team or meeting new peers, the EMS & FIRE PRO Expo creates the space to connect, recharge, and grow.
The event is organized by a dedicated group of volunteers who are committed to serving the first responder and healthcare community. Proceeds from the event go directly back into making the expo bigger and better each year.
