About this Event
Join us for two days of learning, collaboration, and action at the 17th Annual Creating a Climate for Change Conference.
This year's theme, Community Power Without Borders: Building Healthy, Resilient, and Sustainable Communities, highlights the power of collective action and community-driven solutions to address today's most pressing challenges. The conference brings together community members, leaders, advocates, educators, health professionals, policymakers, researchers, and organizations to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and strengthen partnerships that create lasting impact.
Throughout the conference, participants will engage in thought-provoking panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities focused on community health, resilience, sustainability, leadership, and innovative solutions that support thriving communities now and for future generations.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
