Format: 5-Round Swiss in 1 Open section
Time Control: 60 minutes plus 30 seconds' move increment per player per game

November 8:
Round 4: 1:30 PM

Round 5: 1:30 PM
Prizes (based on 15 players total in each section)
1st: $50, 2nd: $35, 3rd: $20
Tie-break procedure
Monetary prizes will be shared and split evenly among eligible participants tied in the final standings.
Registration fees
Early bird entry fee: $30 (until September 27, 2026 at midnight)
Regular entry fee: $35 (until October 11, 2026 at midnight)
Late entry fee: $40 (until October 17, 2026 at noon)
$45 fee applied to on-site registrants (on-site registration between 1:20 PM and 1:30 PM) and may result in a first-round 0-Pt. BYE. Free entry for GMs/IMs/FMs/WGMs/WIMs/WFMs (valid for 1st 5 registrants). Before October 4: 50% off CM/WCM/FM/WFM.
PG Chess Club membership discount can be applied.

Registration is complete when payment is received.
Refund policy
100% refund available if requested by September 25, 2026;
50% refund available if requested between September 28, 2026 and October 12, 2026;
no refunds thereafter
Default times
Players who do not show up within 15 minutes of the start of a round will forfeit their games, unless the arbiter decides otherwise. Unexplained absences will also lead to automatic withdrawal from all subsequent rounds of the tournament.
CFC membership requirements
Registrants in the Open Section of this tournament need to have a valid CFC membership or pay a one-time CFC tournament fee to participate.
