☾ About THE HOUSE:
Attendees of THE HOUSE experience will have exclusive access to the inside of one of Cedar Falls' most haunted and secretive buildings: the Odd Fellows Lodge #233! Attendees will learn about the tragedy that occurred there and the mysterious, unexplained happenings that continue to this day. Additionally, attendees will have the unusual opportunity to learn about the elusive organization from current Odd Fellows members and about the unique architecture of the home from special guest, the Cedar Falls Historic Preservation Commission.
A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Odd Fellows Lodge house restoration fund. Additionally, all tourgoers will receive 10% off a stay at the Black Hawk Hotel, a BOGO drink coupon to Bar Winslow (21+), 10% off THE BOOK CLUB book, curated downtown recommendations, and more!

Lauren Riensche is a Cedar Falls local and haunted history buff. Lauren has always been fascinated with the spooky stories that find themselves embedded in a community's history, and she has taken dozens of ghost tours in cities around the world. Now, she's excited to share that passion for the paranormal with you in this one-of-a-kind Cedar Falls ghost tour!
☾ About the Cedar Falls Ghost Tour:
The Cedar Falls Ghost Tour is a small, locally- and woman-owned tourism business that blends history, education, and entertainment to showcase the rich heritage of Cedar Falls, Iowa. Founded and authored by Lauren Riensche, the tour has welcomed more than 4,000 visitors from over 80 communities and partners with more than 40 local businesses and organizations annually—from hotels and restaurants to historic organizations and nonprofits—to create immersive, community-centered experiences. The tour has also garnered over 1.2M media impressions nationally, bringing more attention to the Cedar Falls community. And, at the end of each tour season, a significant portion of proceeds is donated to a variety of area nonprofits, resulting in improvements to public spaces and an increase in partner organization memberships. In addition to the ghost tours, Lauren also offers a variety of other tourism experiences, such as history tours and literary tour content. Rooted in creative placemaking and economic vitality, the Cedar Falls Ghost Tour has quickly become one of the region’s most unique tourism assets and a meaningful driver of community engagement and downtown growth.

No refunds will be issued for any circumstances other than severe inclement weather—if this occurs, your tour guide will inform you of tour changes via the contact information you provided during purchase. Please practice safety measures while on the tour—your tour guide is not responsible if you are injured or become a "ghost" yourself on this tour. All guests who purchase tickets must agree to a liability waiver at the time of purchase that applies to them and anyone in their party.
