Because family caregivers go through tremendous personal, financial, and physical sacrifices caring for their loved ones, Triad family caregivers are invited to a day of education, encouragement, and self-care at the 2026 Caregiver Engagement Fair, themed Balance Matters: Mind, Body, & Soul. The event will be held at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 1301 Alamance Church Road, in the Atrium, East Campus, and is free and open to all family caregivers (unpaid caregivers who care for a loved one).The fair will feature an opportunity for participants to visit with 20 local vendors and attend three expert-led sessions addressing the mental, physical, and general well-being of those
who care for others. Registration is required to RSVP for event and a free box lunch.
