We can't wait to see the costumes that you create!!Costume Contest begins at 3 pm and the parade begins at 4:30 at the intersection of Barber Street and Boulevard and continues west along Boulevard to Lyndon Street, where it turns left for a block, then continues left on Dubose Avenue. After two blocks, it turns left on Grady Avenue, then finishes back at Boulevard.
