Our first themed trail! This year the Blue Mountains Edible Garden Trail has a special focus on containers and challenging spaces. The Edible Garden Trail is a celebration of the myriad ways Blue Mountains residents are creating food security, saving money and supporting the environment, while enjoying the health benefits of home-grown fruit and veg.
Over a weekend each year, backyard growers, large and small, from up and down the Blue Mountains open their gardens to the public to share their passion and knowledge and inspire environmental sustainability.
This is a community run, not-for-profit event organised by The Blue Mountains Food Co-op, with proceeds going to participating schools and community gardens.
