Our annual Black Friday 5K Hop Trot is back!
Join CrossFit Merit and Mully’s Brewery for one of our favorite Thanksgiving weekend traditions! Before you dive into the leftovers again or brave the Black Friday shopping crowds, come enjoy some fresh air, movement, and great company.
Whether you’re chasing a personal best, enjoying a casual jog, or walking with family and friends, the Hop Trot is for you. With one of the flattest 5K courses around, it’s a great opportunity for experienced runners and first-timers alike.
And the fun doesn’t end at the finish line! Stick around at Mully’s Brewery to celebrate with fellow participants, enjoy some locally crafted beer (21+), and kick off the holiday season with your community.
