- Spiritual Health: Discover how Buddhist wisdom can help us embrace life’s changes with greater awareness, acceptance and peace
🙏 Blessing Ceremony
- Chanting led by monastics from Mahayana, Theravada, and Vajrayana traditions
- Flower and Lamp offerings to Buddha, Lunch Dana to Sangha
- Dedicate merits to loved ones, departed ones and all sentient beings
