The 2026 Arlington Holiday Lights Parade will take place on:

📍 Downtown Arlington, Texas
We invite local businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, community groups, clubs, performance teams, civic organizations and other community participants to apply for this year's parade.
Important Dates
✅ Application Deadline: October 15, 2026
✅ Confirmation Packets Sent: November 20, 2026
Please submit your application before the deadline to be considered for participation.
Application Process
- Complete your registration and application fee through Eventbrite.
- Applications will be reviewed by parade organizers.
- Applications not approved will receive notice by October 23rd and receive a refund of their application fee minus the non-refundable processing fees.
- Approved participants will receive a confirmation packet with lineup information, staging instructions, safety requirements and event details by November 20, 2026.
Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the parade.
Entry Information
During the application process, you will be asked to provide information regarding:
- Organization or participant name
- Primary contact information
- Type of parade entry
- Description of your entry
- Number of participants
- Float, vehicle, trailer, or equipment information (if applicable)
- Other information necessary for parade planning and safety
Entry Fees
Community Groups, Nonprofits, Schools, Churches & Civic Organizations
$100 + $9 Non-Refundable Processing Fee
Businesses, Corporate Entries & Commercial Organizations
$250 + $19 Non-Refundable Processing Fee
Holiday Lights Theme
The Arlington Holiday Lights Parade celebrates the magic of the holiday season. Participants are strongly encouraged to decorate their entries with festive lighting, holiday décor and creative seasonal themes to help create a memorable experience for our community.
Participant Expectations
All participants must:
- Follow parade rules and safety requirements.
- Obey instructions from parade officials, volunteers, law enforcement, and event staff.
- Maintain appropriate holiday-themed decor and conduct.
- Comply with all lineup, staging, and route procedures.
- Submit complete and accurate application information.

Organizer Note: Acceptance is subject to review and available parade space. The Arlington Holiday Lights Parade Committee reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove entries that do not meet event guidelines, safety requirements, or community standards.
