2026 Annual AKT Turkey Trot 5K/10K

Get ready to run, walk, and make a difference! Join us at the scenic Mount Vernon Trail for a fun, non-competitive, family-friendly 5K/10K event supporting the Samuel Kwarteng Memorial Scholarship.
Whether you’re a runner or walker, beginner or experienced, everyone’s welcome to participate! All revenue supports the 2027 scholarship fund.
Race day registration is available, but we recommend arriving early for parking and check-in. Participants get a race bib, medal, and a custom shirt (while supplies last)!
Parking is limited at the trailhead, with overflow street parking nearby. Packet pickup and check-in start at 8:15 AM. The race kicks off promptly at 9 AM. Don’t forget to sign the waiver!
