Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 19 October 2026, at 6pm at The People Place. Come along and hear about our work, our plans, and hear how you can get involved!At the AGM the members will also vote to elect the new committee. Serving on the committee is a fantastic way to contribute to our community and guide the future of Busselton Pride Alliance. We encourage all interested members to consider nominating themselves for a position. The following positions are open for nomination:
- Chairperson
- Deputy Chairperson
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Ordinary Committee Member
In accordance with the Busselton Pride Alliance's rules of association (Rule 32), nominations must be received in writing.
If there is more than one nomination for a position, a vote will be held at the AGM. For members interested in joining the committee, please complete the nomination form here: https://forms.gle/i229fSo9u1U2duYb9
Members who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting may appoint another eligible member as their proxy in writing. This may be submitted to the Secretary prior to the meeting starting or submitted via email at least 24 hours prior to the AGM.
