Parking Information
Judging will be at The DoubleTree hotel on Friday evening. Parking for that time will be as follows:
- Event Self-Parking - $12.00 per car
- Event Valet Parking - $15.00 per car
If you are staying at the hotel, parking cost is:
- Overnight Self-Parking - $15.00 per night per car (discounted from $30/night/car)
Hotel Rooms
A block of rooms will be available at the for conference participants. Guest have a choice of a room with (2) queen beds or (1) king bed.
The Doubletree has a complimentary shuttle for guests to take them to destinations up to three miles from the hotel.
Registration Deadline
The deadline for student and professor registration is Friday, October 30, 2026.
