Set your compass for a morning packed with insights and adventure at our next gathering on November 8 at EYC. The event will feature a one-hour seminar starting at 11am with a panel of seasoned skippers who participated in the 2026 Annapolis to Bermuda Ocean Race! Afterwards, there will be a brief Storm Trysail Club Trophy transfer ceremony. The STC Cup will be transferred from Herrington Harbor Sailing Association to Eastport Yacht Club. HHSA has held the STC Cup the last two races. In 2026, S/Vs Time Machine and Allegiant won it back on behalf of EYC!
After the short ceremony, there will be burgers and beer on the lawn. We are hoping for a lovely Fall afternoon. So please join us!
What to expect from the seminar:
Exciting Sea Stories: Hear firsthand accounts from our experienced skippers as they share the triumphs, challenges, and unforgettable moments from the 2026 race.
Expert Advice: Gain valuable tips and tricks to help prepare you and your crew for future races, whether you're a seasoned pro or a novice looking to enter the racing scene.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow racers and crews, old friends, and potential teammates as we gear up for the 2028 A2B Race!
Whether you’ve raced before or are eyeing your first competition, this seminar is a must-attend event! Don't miss this opportunity to learn from the best and prepare for your next adventure on the high seas.
Registration link to follow on the A2B website. Stay tuned!
