Marzena D'Arcy is an HR leader with over 15 years’ experience driving impactful people strategies across diverse industries including martitime, oil & gas, property, hospitality, spirits, and the creative arts. Currently serving as Head of HR at Dales Marine, she also runs her own consultancy—Marzena D’Arcy HR Consultancy—offering commercially driven, people-focused HR support to businesses across different jurisdictions.
Known for delivering pragmatic, scalable HR solutions, Marzena has led complex transformations, and implemented robust systems and policies across both local and global teams.
