This annual event is more than a fight night. It is a high-energy public safety showcase where first responders step out of their uniforms and into the ring to compete for a cause much bigger than themselves. Each bout represents courage, discipline, teamwork, and the same servant’s heart these men and women carry into their daily work protecting our communities.
Held at Camp Jordan Arena in East Ridge, Tennessee, Guns and Hoses has become one of the region’s most recognized and anticipated charity events. The evening features live boxing matches, VIP tables, ringside seating, sponsor recognition, music, entertainment, public safety camaraderie, and a packed arena of supporters cheering on their favorite departments, agencies, and hometown heroes.
Proceeds from the event benefit two incredible local charities: the Forgotten Child Fund, which helps provide Christmas gifts and support to children in need, and YMCA Y-CAP, a youth development and mentoring program serving at-risk children in the Chattanooga area.
The Guns and Hoses Battle of the Badges is built around competition, but its true purpose is unity. Firefighters, police officers, EMS providers, and public safety professionals may face off in the ring, but they stand together for children, families, and the community they serve.
It is a night of hard punches, loud cheers, hometown pride, and real impact.
