This year's theme, Connected By Care, celebrates the relationships and connections that make Yorktown's work possible—across our clients and families, staff, programs, community partners and supporters.
Throughout the evening, we will reflect on the accomplishments and impact of the past year and recognize staff, community members and partners whose contributions have helped strengthen our organization and the communities we serve.
The evening will feature guest speakers and award presentations, followed by refreshments at 7:00 p.m.
