Run for a Great Cause — Protect our Beaches!Welcome to Salem Sound Coastwatch’s 15th annual Run for the Beach 5K! Every summer, community members gather at Dane Street Beach in Beverly for a fun, family-friendly race to raise money for Salem Sound Coastwatch’s mission “to protect and improve the environmental quality of Salem Sound and its watershed”.
Runners, walkers, and even strollers are welcome to participate in this fun-filled, family-friendly race. Run solo or as a group, or become a fundraiser runner. Fundraising with friends and family is a great motivator for your training! Join us for activities to keep you on track and sign up to fundraise for when you register.
Be sure to register by May 31 to get $5 off your ticket and secure a limited edition t-shirt featuring all the marine animals found on each 5K shirt from the past 15 years! Check in begins at 8:00am, with the race starting at 9:00am.
