You're invited to our 2024 Meet & Greet!
PCF Meet & Greets bring together PCF staff and grantees to spend an afternoon sharing a meal, sharing stories, and experiencing our grantees' unique Philly spaces.
Last year, our new Executive Director, Gabriela Sanchez, jump-started her role at PCF by hosting 3 Meet & Greets across Philadelphia, deepening relationships amongst PCF staff, local artists, and 2023 grantees.
This year, we are pleased to be partnering with the Norris Square Neighborhood Project at Las Parcelas Garden to gather with new 2024 grantees.

About Las Parcelas and the Norris Square Neighborhood Project

Las Parcelas is the hub of the Norris Square gardens, covering over 30 city lots. The garden includes La Casita de Abuela (the grandmother’s small house), which is a replica of a petite “house” reminiscent of rural Puerto Rico. La Casita has become a mini-museum with donated items from older residents, such as musical instruments, cooking utensils, homemade crafts, and much more. In addition to La Casita, the garden features an outdoor kitchen for cooking demonstrations, rows and rows of garden plots, and an extraordinary mural devoted to the women of Grupo Motivos and local community members.
