Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Gray Lane is designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of yoga and develop intelligent, intentional sequencing.This training focuses on how to build strong, purposeful classes and move beyond surface-level teaching into a more thoughtful approach to practice and instruction.
