We’re bringing our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training back IN PERSON this late fall/early winter—and we already have four students joining us!We haven’t offered an in-person training in several years, so this is a special opportunity to study with Ahoo and immerse yourself in the practice, philosophy, and art of teaching yoga.
This training is designed for:
✨ Students interested in becoming yoga teachers
✨ Current teachers who want to refine and expand their craft
✨ Dedicated practitioners who simply want to deepen their understanding of yoga
You do not have to want to teach to take teacher training.
Our Yoga Alliance-registered 200-Hour training explores all aspects of the practice—from asana, anatomy, sequencing and teaching methodology to philosophy, meditation, pranayama, and the deeper traditions of yoga.
Over four months, you’ll deepen your personal practice, develop the skills and confidence to teach, and explore how the practice of yoga extends far beyond the mat.
THE SCHEDULE
We’ll meet for 8 in-person weekends over four months, approximately every other weekend:
Saturday + Sunday
9:00 - 5:00 PM

Apr 17–18
May 1–2
And every Wednesday evening via Zoom from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Plus Wednesday evenings via Zoom:
7:00–9:00 PM
TUITION | $3,200
Payment plans are available.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due after your application and interview are completed and accepted. Remaining balance: $2,700.
