1.3 CEU'sThis 2-day interactive class is designed to enhance the foundational knowledge of both entry-level and experienced structural repair technicians, helping them to better understand unibody vehicle damage analysis and repair planning. Participants will learn essential principles of collision theory, how to measure and analyze damage, plan repairs, and set up unibody vehicles. The goal is to maximize both the quality of repairs and profitability.
Key learning activities include:
Define and identify the forces involved during a collision
Explain the procedures involved in measuring and analyzing collision damage
Set up and measure a collision damaged vehicle on a Chief frame rack in preparation for realignment
Develop an accurate repair plan based upon the damage analysis findings using the Genesis Measuring Software
Set up for repairs using repair plan
