2 days of training to learn the basics of Advice First Aid including topics like benefits, housing & interview skills. 6th and 13th November
Our full Advice First Aid training offers training on skills and advice topics to equip community partners with the knowledge on identifying service user problems and how to offer basic advice. At the end of the programme, AFA partners are offered a direct referral route to Citizens Advice and ongoing support. This course runs over 2 days 6th and 13th November - attendance on both days is required
The training will be held at Battersea Library. On thursdays the building is closed to the public. Please follow the signs to the disabled access to the side of the building on Lavendar Walk where a member of staff will escort you.
