Neighbors can enter their favorite homemade chili for a chance to claim Ridgehaven bragging rights and one of our inaugural awards:
🏆 The Golden Ladle — Ridgehaven Chili Grand Champion

❤️ People’s Choice Chili Champion
Voted on by your Ridgehaven neighbors
🤣 Best Chili Name
Chili tasting and People’s Choice voting will take place from 1:30–3:15 PM, with voting closing promptly at 3:15 PM.

🏠🎃 RIDGEHAVEN HALLOWEEN HOUSE DECORATING CONTEST
We’re taking the Spooktacular beyond the Amenity Center!
Decorate your Ridgehaven home and enter for:
🏆 Best Overall
👻 Spookiest
🎨 Most Creative
🍬 Kids’ Favorite
Participating homes can also be included on our Ridgehaven Halloween Trail, giving families a neighborhood route of decorated homes to enjoy while trick-or-treating!
⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻
🦷🎃 COMPLIMENTARY KIDS’ PRE-CANDY CAVITY CHECK
Before the Halloween candy avalanche begins, we’re sneaking in something good for those little teeth. 😁🍬
Ridgehaven neighbor and Registered Dental Hygienist Savannah Morris will be offering a:
🦷 Complimentary Kids’ Pre-Candy Cavity Check - Time: TBD
Including:
🪥 Quick & gentle check
😁 Helpful tips for healthy smiles
🪥 Complimentary toothbrush & floss
Because if we’re about to send the kids home with enough sugar to sustain a small civilization, this seems like a pretty good idea. 😂
This complimentary community offering is intended as a brief screening/educational check and is not a substitute for a comprehensive dental examination, diagnosis, X-rays or treatment by a dentist.
⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻
🎃 MORE HALLOWEEN FUN
We’ll also have pumpkin decorating, lawn games including cornhole, a candy station, Halloween music, kids’ activities and plenty of time to hang out with neighbors.
You don’t have to enter a competition to come!
Come eat some chili. Vote for your favorite. Bring the kids. Wear a costume. Meet somebody down the street you haven’t met yet.
That’s really what this is about. ❤️
