FánHuā @Fanhuafestival, the Chinese Cinema Festival that has been bringing Chinese cinema and culture to Florence for six years, is back — along with its special events at Teatro del Sale! An initiative that brings East and West together through workshops, food, traditions, music and culture.
A day designed to discover and explore a millennia-old culture through a series of talks and activities open to everyone!

The Cooking Class is back!
Cooking lessons in collaboration with Ciblèo and Teatro del Sale. Workshop and lunch featuring:
• Bao with Pork Belly, Cauliflower and Ikkeciappe
• Chinese Dumplings with Prawns
• Moon Cake, a traditional Chinese dessert
