Rediscover Martinsville’s signature holiday event returns on the second Saturday of December, filling our downtown with homemade cookies, live music, local shopping, and seasonal cheer.With a Cookie Passport in hand, you will stroll from stop to stop throughout downtown collecting more than two dozen homemade Christmas cookies baked by supporters of Downtown Martinsville. Along the way, enjoy entertainment, festive surprises, and special promotions offered by local businesses.
You must have your Passport to collect cookies. You do not need a passport to enjoy the special promotions, music and local shopping.
How the Cookie Stroll Works
1. Purchase a Cookie Passport. Passports go on sale November 1 @ 10 am. This event sells out quickly. Purchasing early is strongly encouraged.
2. Pick up your Passport the morning of the event between 9:30 - 11:00 am at the Art Sanctuary.
3. Visit participating cookie stops throughout downtown.
4. Collect one cookie and a stamp at each location.
