Working and struggling togetherA group conversation about collective practices
NB! Kartul is small, please sign up here: https://forms.gle/C77nkGVCcvyyowkk9
We are inviting artists, community organizers and activists to gather and share experiences about collective, cooperative and communal working models. We will discuss the joys, challenges and struggles we experience in collective contexts. In the previous sessions we have discussed strategies for preventing, holding and dissolving conflicts, power dynamics, collective temporalities and kinships.
This time we will discuss how to repair group relations after divisive discussions or conflicts. What kind of methods of repair have you tried out and practised in your groups? How did they work? What helped and what failed?
Entry is free, but prior sign-up is needed to participate: https://forms.gle/C77nkGVCcvyyowkk9
The conversation language is English. The workshop starts with an introduction round, followed by conversation in small groups of ca 4-6 people. During the small group phase, the room will be noisy.
Kartul is a vegan eatery. The kitchen and bar will be closed during the workshop but there is a chance to eat lunch afterwards.
The space is not accessible by wheelchair.
