Join us in person for this year's event to network, reconnect, share learning and explore person-centred Lean healthcare improvement.
About this Event

Now in its 13th year, the Annual National Lean Healthcare Symposium brings together people who are passionate about making healthcare better for service users, staff and the organisations and communities they serve.

The theme of this year's Symposium is “Lean forward: putting people at the heart of improvement” and the event will showcase person-centred improvement in action, with national and international speakers sharing practical experience, fresh thinking and lessons from real life improvement journeys. Alongside successes, we will discuss the challenges, the learning, and what it really takes to turn good ideas into sustainable change.

At the heart of the Symposium lies a growing community of people working across healthcare and related services who come together each year to learn from one another, challenge established thinking, share ideas and make new connections.

Whether you are taking your first steps in improvement, or have years of experience, the Symposium offers an opportunity to step away from the day to day, reconnect with colleagues and return to your work with new ideas, new perspectives and renewed energy

Join us for a day of learning, conversation, connection and practical inspiration, and be part of a community committed to collaborating on person-centred improvement.
