Every 6 months the North Rose Hill Neighborhood Association hosts an "Adopt A Road" clean-up event along 124th Ave NE.
We could really use your help to "beautify" the neighborhood. Kids and teens are welcome! Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have a permission slip signed by a parent. This can be a good introduction to public service.
Until Fire Station #26 reopens, we will meet on the south side of 100th Street between 124th and 126th Ave NE (just east of the fire station). There is plenty of street parking available.
We provide supplies (trash bags, gloves, and grabbers), then break into small groups and go for a nice morning walk while cleaning up the neighborhood.
Our last three street clean-ups had a fantastic turnout (thank you!), can we do it again?
The more that show up, the quicker we can be done and enjoy the rest of our Saturday. We hope you can make it!
