Create a beautiful holiday dessert tray filled with sweet treats you’ve decorated yourself! This hands-on class combines cookie decorating, chocolate dipping and creative arranging for a festive tray you’ll be proud to serve or share.
Throughout class, students will decorate holiday sugar cookies, dip an assortment of treats in chocolate and add festive drizzles, sprinkles and finishing touches. Then we’ll bring everything together to create a lovely dessert charcuterie tray.
We’ll share helpful tips for working with melted chocolate, achieving neat dipped finishes and arranging treats with a balance of color, texture and height. You’ll learn how to group your sweets, fill gaps and create a generous-looking presentation for your holiday table.
Whether you’re hosting a holiday gathering, bringing dessert to a celebration or giving your tray as a gift, this beginner-friendly class is designed for all experience levels.

This class earns one December Stamp on our Holiday Class Passport! Collect stamps throughout the holiday season to earn rewards, including a FREE Valentine’s class and entries into our Holiday Passport prize drawings.
Every student will leave with their own completed holiday dessert tray packaged and ready to take home, enjoy or share. We’ll also provide storage tips to help keep your treats fresh for your holiday celebration.
All treats, icing, chocolate, decorations, trays, tools and supplies are included.

• Each participant must purchase their own ticket—projects may not be shared unless otherwise stated in the event description.
• Please review the event description for age recommendations.
• No video recording is permitted during the instructional portion.
• Photos are allowed and encouraged—please tag us on social media!
• Tickets are nonrefundable; no-shows will not be rescheduled.
• If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
