Celebrate the season with festive cookie decorating! Students will create a charming collection of Dear Santa sugar cookies using colorful royal icing and designs inspired by the magic of Christmas letters, wish lists and holiday traditions.
Throughout class, students will learn how to outline and flood cookies and work with two different consistencies of royal icing. We’ll practice wet-on-wet techniques to create decorative patterns, then add dimensional piping and festive details that bring our Dear Santa designs to life.
