Guided by Aleesha, this 90-minute experience combines meditation, mindfulness and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to help quiet the mind, relax the body and create space for gratitude, release and intention.
No meditation experience is necessary. Whether this is your first session or you've been meditating for years, you're warmly welcomed exactly as you are.
Throughout the afternoon, you'll be guided through a deeply relaxing experience which may include:
• Guided meditation
• Crystal singing bowls
• Sound healing instruments
• Breath awareness
• Mindfulness practices
• Gratitude and reflection inspired by the 12/12 Portal
• Intention setting for the year ahead
• Deep relaxation
Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else you need to be.

We've created a warm and welcoming space and will have everything you need ready for your arrival, including:
• Yoga mat

There's no need to bring anything unless you'd simply feel more comfortable using your own blanket or pillow.
As a special addition, this event has been thoughtfully scheduled before the Shell Cove Twilight Market. After your meditation, you're warmly invited to stroll down to the marina, enjoy the festive atmosphere, browse the local market stalls, listen to live music, share a meal with family or friends and celebrate the season.
