This year's theme, Rooted and Rising: Grounded in Purpose, Reclaiming Our Power, is an invitation to pause, reconnect with your purpose, and rise into the next season of your leadership with clarity, courage, and community beside you. For two days, educators, advocates, leaders, and changemakers from across the region will gather to learn, reflect, celebrate, and pour into one another. Expect thought-provoking conversations, dynamic speakers, meaningful networking, and practical tools you can carry back into your schools, organizations, and communities.
