Please note :
- For the workshops (either taken individually or as part of a package) it is necessary to pre-book. We can confirm your booking on receipt of payment.
- This is for us to make sure that everyone who booked for the workshops is definitely going to use the space booked for and also for us to balance the leaders and followers as much as possible.
- We prefer booking for milongas too (the hotel limits capacity and it helps us to organise seating) but we will welcome people on the door also until we are at full capacity for the room.
ACCOMMODATION NOTE :
We kindly ask all the festival participants who will be staying at The Crown Hotel to inform the hotel with a note or a phone call by pointing out that they will be dancing at the Festival during their stay. For those who have already booked their accommodation and have not informed the hotel we would be grateful if you could do so as soon as possible. This arrangement will allow us to run the festival in a smoother way.
