11th Annual Winter Songwriters Retreat In The Smokies welcomes songwriters from all over the map to meet up in one of the most beautiful, fun & relaxing regions of the USA to collaborate on new songs, play stages together & inspire each other while we all improve our craft with your hosts EmiSunshine, Fish Fisher & Jason Knight.We are no longer doing the down-payments system as a requirement for registration. Your simple confirmation # for your room at The Historic Gatlinburg Inn now serves as your official enrollment registry. Please contact the Inn directly to book your room for this 3 day event (865) 436-5133. Booking your room at the Gatlinburg Inn includes free downtown parking for guests within walking distance to everything on the Parkway (valued at over $50) & a yummy southern homestyle breakfast served daily ( valued at $20 per person daily) so it is definitely best to book your room here.

This is a co-writing themed event for songwriters of ALL experience levels to meet, create & interact.
Registry Fee & Special Discounts (Please read carefully):
*$400 per participating songwriter
*$100 discount for anyone who is staying at the Gatlinburg Inn.
*Also $100 discount to anyone who has officially attended & registered as a songwriter in this retreat in the past 10 years (Our thank you to our “regulars” & repeat participants).
Other important notes:
*Yes, you can stack the special discounts; IE; If someone registers as a repeat attendee and stays as a guest at the Historic Gatlinburg Inn their discounts combined reduces the price to $200 dollars.
*Family members of registered songwriters are welcome to attend the workshops & songwriting sessions free of charge, but as observers only (their names will not go on the copyright of the songs as co-writer). We do however encourage registration if you want to secure a place in the room as space could be limited We know that bringing family is an exciting part of visiting the Smokies so we, of course, welcome all of your kin to join in the fun, lunches & learning as space allows.
Registry Includes:
· Experiential learning - We write songs more than talk about writing songs.
· Guaranteed co-writers credit on several new copy-written works - You will be included as a co-writer on several new songs with notable co-writers & recording artists of various genres as long as you attend all sessions.
· The chance to have your song cut (recorded & released) - Historically at least one or more songs from each annual event have been cut & released by various artists & co-writers.
· Songwriting Workshops & Guidance on the art of co-writing
· Stage Time For Live Performances - The opportunity for stage time for songwriter showcases & jams at local venues in Gatlinburg and/or Pigeon Forge.
