Established in 2015, the Upstate New York American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) chapters, NYHCFC is a statewide collaboration powered by Central NY Society of Healthcare Engineering, Eastern NY Society of Healthcare Engineers, Genesee Valley Regional Association for Healthcare Engineers, Hospital Engineering Society of Greater NY, and Western New York Society for Healthcare Engineering—bringing together professionals who are responsible for keeping healthcare facilities safe, efficient, and operational every single day.
As we enter our 11th year, NYHCFC continues to push toward a bigger goal:
to be the most recognized and accessible local resource for education and networking for healthcare facility professionals across New York State.
The conference currently hosts over 400 key professionals annually.

About the Conference
The 11th Annual New York State Healthcare Facilities Conference (NYHCFC) brings together healthcare facility professionals, engineers, and industry partners from across New York State for a multi-day event focused on education, innovation, and real-world problem solving.
After a strong 10th Annual Conference, we’re excited to continue building momentum this year—expanding both the experience and the opportunities to connect.
New for 2026:
We’ll be utilizing Turning Stone’s newly expanded conference space, offering an upgraded setting for both attendees and exhibitors.
