11.1 PORTAL: a sacred reset

A moment to pause, release what has completed its purpose, and consciously step into what is next.

This experience begins in the body with a grounding yin yoga practice and transition from savasana into an immersive sound healing session. Reiki will be offered throughout the whole experience. We are creating space to listen inwardly and reconnect with the wisdom that has been there all along.

There are moments when the invitation isn’t to become someone new, but to return to the person you’ve always been beneath everything you’ve carried.

In spiritual, numerological, and metaphysical practices, the 11/1 portal is honored as a highly potent energetic gateway for manifestation, spiritual alignment, and new beginnings. It holds power in the a repetition of the number 1, forming the "111" sequence. We believe the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds is thinner, amplifying the power of your thoughts and intentions. The day is heavily utilized as a symbolic tool to consciously reset your path, step out of going through the motions, and manifest intentions.

We’ll create space to release what no longer belongs, receive what is ready to arrive, and remember the wisdom already within you.

The experience will include:

+Intention setting

+Guided yin yoga

+Guided meditation

+Reiki energy healing

+Sound healing

+Closing ritual

There will be time for community + connection. You will also be sent home with a journaling + integration follow up.

Come exactly as you are <3

Bring a yoga mat (or use one of ours), water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable during stillness (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.)

Release. Receive. Remember.

You don’t have to find your way back to yourself. You simply have to become still enough to remember.
