One of our most popular class themes is headed to Italy! Rich butter, savory cured meats, bold Italian cheeses, and a splash of wine come together in this indulgent hands-on class inspired by the rustic flavors of the Italian countryside.
You'll learn how to create silky pan sauces, perfectly crisp prosciutto, and restaurant-worthy dishes that are surprisingly simple to recreate at home. From an irresistible cheesy starter to a decadent Italian dessert, every course celebrates the rich, comforting flavors that make Italian cooking unforgettable. Come hungry—because for one night, we're embracing the delicious side of excess... Italian style!
