Join On Run Club Malaysia for our first On Hybrid Training: Hybrid Training Session.
Spend your Friday with a high-energy session designed to build total-body strength, power, and engine capacity through zone-based functional movements with post-train refreshments by Rokeby.
Throughout the session, you’ll also have the opportunity to trial the Cloud X Tempo — On’s hybrid training shoe built specifically for hybrid workouts, offering the perfect blend of cushioning, stability, and flexibility to transition seamlessly from heavy strength to dynamic conditioning.

- Compound Lifts
- Strength Accessories
- Conditioning (Applied Strength)
👕Attire:
- Sports or training attire only
- Suitable training shoes for gym-based movement
- On attire or gear encouraged (optional but welcome!)
- Bring a sweat towel and water bottle
🧭 On the Day
Arrive early to check in and warm up. Follow the coaches' instructions throughout the session and train within your limits.
❌ What Not to Do
- No disruptive or unsafe behavior (e.g., dropping weights, crowding stations, unsportsmanlike conduct).
- No littering
- No unauthorized sales or promotions during the event.
🎥 Photos, Videos & Media
- Photos and videos will be taken during the event.
- By joining, you agree that these may be used for promotional purposes (social media, websites, future events).
🛑 Safety & Liability
If you feel unwell at any point during the run, stop immediately and alert a staff member. If you were already feeling unwell the day before the event, please let us know via email and stay home to rest.
