Looking for a new career opportunity with a growing manufacturing leader? SPX Cooling Technologies is hosting a hiring event for multiple production, welding, and material handling positions. Meet directly with our hiring team, learn about our open roles, and participate in same-day interviews.
Now Hiring:
Available Shifts
• Day shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Fridays as required (enjoy a 4-day work week!)
• Weekend shift: Friday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Mondays as required (You work 36 hours and get paid 40. Any time worked over the 36 hours counts as OT pay)
Entry Level Assemblers: Build and assemble cooling tower components using hand and power tools in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. No prior assembly experience required. Training provided.
Heavy Assemblers: Perform assembly of larger cooling tower components and structures. Ideal candidates have experience reading work instructions, using measuring tools, and working safely with heavy materials.
Material Handler: Support production operations by staging materials, managing inventory, kitting parts and components for production orders, and ensuring work areas remain supplied with the materials needed to maintain efficient workflow. May move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Welders: Use MIG welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal components according to specifications and quality standards. Previous welding experience is preferred.
Materials Clerk I – Storage Yard Support inventory and material movement operations within the storage yard. Responsibilities include material verification, organization, inventory transactions, and coordination with production teams. Strong computer skills required.
