The 10th International Conference of Contemporary Affairs in Architecture and Urbanism (ICCAUA2027) will be organized by Alanya University in close partnership with Istanbul Aydın University, the German University in Cairo, and CIAUD.UBI at the University of Beira Interior. The conference will be held in hybrid format on 5–7 May 2027, with in-person sessions at Istanbul Aydın University in Istanbul, Türkiye, and online participation through Zoom. ICCAUA2027 will bring together scholars, researchers, professionals, practitioners and policymakers to explore contemporary theories, methodologies, technologies and emerging approaches in architecture, urbanism and the built environment. The conference aims to strengthen the relationship between theory and practice by presenting original research, innovative design strategies and methodological developments for creating, assessing, transforming and understanding contemporary built environments. Contributions are welcomed in architecture, urban design, urban planning, landscape architecture, heritage, sustainability, habitat studies, urban economics, salutogenic architecture, civil engineering, business and tourism management.
Abstracts of no more than 150 words must be prepared in Microsoft Word using the official template and submitted to [email protected] by 5 December 2026.
