Happy 10 years to US & all of YOU! Deb & I are so excited and proud to be hosting our 10th year of this amazing event. This year will be more laid back but still vey groovy!
Our theme this year will be Groovin into the 70's! Get your bell bottoms & platform shoes ready to groove!
Friday check in begins at 4pm
Scavenger hunt begins upon arrival
vendors open 4pm-7:30pm with private room vendors being open same hours but are allowed to do earlier and later if they choose.

There will be a 1 night and 2 night package option available this year. All one night packages will stay next door at The Holiday Inn Express which is owned by The Hilton. You will still do everything at The Hilton including all meals and you can use their pool and hot tub. The Holiday Inn does have a beautiful pool but no hot tub. The reason for this is The Hilton has a 2 night minimum and so by using their sister hotel next door we are able to offer one night packages which a lot of people have asked for over the last two years.
YOU MUST BE 21 or older & NO KIDS ALLOWED!!! LADIES ONLY unless you are a vendor or entertainer!!! The hotel is not closed to only us so there will be other guests at hotel that may be men or children however they will not have access to the private vendor areas or the private show areas. This event is NOT open to the public and you MUST purchase a room package to attend with us NOT the hotel.
You will not gain access to any of the GW festivities if you book through the hotel so do NOT call them you MUST email us at [email protected] for reservations or call us at 315-529-4893. Contact us for all the pricing information.
Each guest will receive a goody bag with an event t-shirt, a vendor passport to get initialed by all vendors to be entered into a giveaway, extra garbage bag (room captain bag only) to help with room cleanup & a weekend itinerary(room captain bag only), a list where all vendors will be located, a special sweet treat from Sam & Deb as a thank you for attending our event, a vendor vote card for best decorated vendor in theme contest, a suggestion card, a pen, and an ID badge which you MUST wear at all times in order to receive GW services and to be allowed into shows and to get meals.
As an extra special treat this year each room will receive a beautiful and tasty charcuterie box, provided to us by Ruby Hess of The Bizzy Butterfly Boards & More!
Breakfast is included & will be served both Saturday & Sunday mornings from 6:00am-9:45am in the dining room.
Dinner is also included; we will be doing a taco bar buffet on Friday from 5:30-6:30pm & a 70's inspired dinner buffet on Saturday from 5pm-7pm w/Trivia!
It’s highly recommended you make appointments in advance as much as possible with all vendors doing classes, games, or providing a service and be mindful of all entertainment and show times as well as mealtimes when making appointments. We will post a list of all service vendors and classes once we have all info.
You will NOT be refunded if you cancel less than 4 weeks from event unless WE cancel the event. Deposit is NON_REFUNDABLE!
After March 1st if you have anyone drop out and replace with another, we can't guarantee them a shirt, but we always do our best to get them one.
Check out is 12pm on Sunday. There are no activities or vendors on Sunday there will be breakfast and checkout only.
