On Sunday 12 July 2026, the graduating students of Unity Yoga Ayurveda's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training will complete their journey, and we invite you to be part of this special community celebration.
Together, as the sun rises over the ocean, we will move through 108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutes) — an ancient yogic practice traditionally used to mark transitions, honour achievements, cultivate gratitude, and set powerful intentions for the next chapter.
This event is not about perfection or pushing yourself.
It is about showing up, breathing deeply, moving mindfully, and sharing a meaningful experience with a supportive community.
Whether you choose to complete all 108 Sun Salutes or simply move at your own pace, you are warmly welcome.
? Suitable for yoga students, teachers, beginners, graduates, wellness seekers, and anyone wishing to celebrate life, growth, and community.
