Designed to honor the changing seasons, this late-afternoon sound journey offers a quiet sanctuary to tune into the restorative energy of autumn, gather your energy, and reset.Floating on a continuous wave of soothing, resonant sound, you’ll melt away lingering stress, soothe your nervous system, and restore a felt sense of deep peace—leaving you refreshed, grounded, and ready to move into this new season with quiet clarity.
No prior experience with soundbaths or meditation is needed; simply come as you are, lie back, and let the sound do the work. Come fill your cup with Lili of Manna of Laguna.
What to Expect:
- Somatic Grounding & Nervous System Reset: Deep, resonant frequencies—featuring custom mandala gongs and alchemy crystal bowls—designed to help your body physically settle into the quiet, restorative energy of Autumn, shaking off summer depletion and creating space for inner peace.
