Through asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, you’ll deepen your practice and begin to explore what it means to share yoga with others. With supportive teachers and peers, you’ll gain both knowledge and confidence, while also finding space for reflection, creativity, and rest.
Whether you are beginning your path as a teacher or simply wish to immerse yourself more deeply in yoga, this is a place to learn, recharge, and connect both with yourself and with a nurturing community.

PRANAYAMA: Explore the origins and techniques of essential breathing practices.
MEDITATION: Uncover meditation methods across lineages and the meaning behind key terms.

HISTORY/PHILOSOPHY: Journey through yoga’s roots and discover how its wisdom evolves in today’s world.
