Join Angelena for a 2-day deep-dive into Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga! Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to elevate your teaching skills or a yoga student wishing to deepen your own personal practice, this workshop is for you. Expand your knowledge of the perinatal experience, anatomy, and psychological considerations. Learn how to adapt sequencing to be inclusive for each trimester and view the experience from a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. Gain confidence in supporting pregnant and postpartum students who attend your public classes and feel more empowered in your own yoga and movement journey.This workshop counts as 10 credit hours for Yoga Alliance CEUs. It is open to people of all genders and experience levels.

Meet your facilitator: Angelena Sweet: E-RYT® 500, RCYT®, RPYT®, YACEP® Angi is an Adaptive Yoga instructor, teacher trainer, an international retreat leader with a focus in pre and postnatal yoga, childrens, yin yoga, and vinyasa. She has been teaching Prenatal and Postnatal yoga classes since 2015 and started teaching yoga in 2013. Her goal is to hold an inclusive space for her students to show up as they are and offer options that make the practice accessible for every student.
